Are you someone who’s proactive, a great team player and do you have a good eye for detail?

If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Workplace Solutions team (Facilities) as a Workplace Solutions Coordinator to support our workplaces in the South region and make sure our colleagues have a great place to work. You will be based in Eastleigh, with regular travel to offices and depots in the South region (including Horndean, Petersfield, Hedge End and Bordon). There may be occasional travel to our other regional offices if required in times of absence. Due to covering a number of our corporate sites, it will be essential you have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Abri’s Workplace Solutions team are committed to creating great workspaces for colleagues, ensuring our corporate buildings are safe, compliant and creating environments that are collaborative and creative.

With your proven customer service abilities and positive, proactive nature you’ll play a key role in our Workplace Solutions team. You'll be responsible for keeping the standards and aesthetics of our corporate buildings to a high standard, ensuring we are meeting regulatory and legal standards in terms of compliance and building safety. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with our colleagues, providing a great service, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to the workplace. You'll also build relationships with suppliers and contractors, taking responsibility for managing some of the contracts.
