Job description

This position involves delivering a comprehensive Workplace Facilities Management service, with a strong emphasis on customer service and technical support across the client's UK offices.

It also requires a solid understanding and practical application of Facilities Management procedures and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and overall service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Workplace Facilities Manager in daily operations and team coordination
  • Maintain workplace records, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Oversee cleaning, catering, and maintenance services to ensure smooth delivery
  • Manage data systems, monitor metrics, and generate performance reports
  • Track budgets, process invoices, and assist with expense reconciliation
  • Act as main contact for staff and contractors, coordinating service providers
  • Ensure compliance with H&S and ESG policies, supporting audits and sustainability initiatives

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience in admin or coordination roles, ideally within facilities or workplace services
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with workplace management systems
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities, able to manage competing demands
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of health and safety reporting is beneficial
  • Accurate, detail-focused, and committed to compliance
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery
