Ready to lead a dynamic team and make sure the workplace runs like clockwork?

We’re looking for a hands-onWorkplace Team Leaderto support a dynamic Workplace Manager and oversee the smooth delivery of office services – from agile desks and locker management to print, mail, digitisation, and courier contracts. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day operations, health & safety, and team leadership.

You're a confident people leader with experience in facilities or office services, ideally in a professional services or corporate environment. You're calm under pressure, big on detail, and love a good process – but you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. You’ll have experience in team management, a strong service ethic, and a keen eye for operational efficiency.

Bonus points if you know your way around a CAFM system, have contractor management experience, and understand the ins and outs of agile working environments.
