Job Description:

TJX Europe is seeking a creative and skilled Digital Content Creator for a 12-month secondment based in Watford. This role involves developing branding solutions and digital content for the Loss Prevention function, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end project management of digital content initiatives.
2. Design and produce graphics, motion graphics, animations, and videos.
3. Create branding solutions tailored to business needs.
4. Ensure all materials align with department goals.
5. Promote inclusion, diversity, and continuous learning.
6. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and voice.
7. Provide regular updates on project progress.
8. Use strong communication skills to foster collaboration.
9. Align projects with corporate and Loss Prevention goals.

Skills & Experience:

1. Strong skills in graphic design, motion graphics, and digital content creation.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
3. Experience with filming, photography, and lighting equipment.
4. Passion for social media content and digital storytelling.
5. Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
6. Agile, adaptable, with a focus on delivering impactful content quickly.
7. Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and leadership skills.
