  • Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls where required.
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail, courier and deliveries.
  • Book and prepare meeting rooms.
  • Support our conferences, seminars, events and away days.

Experience within customer service, hospitality, office administration or a similar support role would be advantageous.

Comfortable undertaking regular practical and manual handling tasks associated with the role, including moving furniture, equipment and office supplies.

Friendly, approachable and professional manner.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in a wide variety of tasks.

Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with colleagues, clients and visitors.
