A recruitment agency in Southampton is seeking a Workload Management Analyst for a 12-month contract. The role involves supporting workload management activities, including proposal preparation and contract management. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of Prospect and proposal, management of work-orders.
  • Use internal workload management tool for monitoring and updating.
  • Create, check and analyze the Monthly workload forecasts for the Branch.
  • Assist in the preparation of Strategic Plan and Business Reporting.
  • Support monitoring of infrastructural budgets.

Overview

Our Client has a requirement for a Workload Management Analyst, who will be required to work on an initial 12 month contract basis in Basingstoke.

Role Purpose

To support workload management activities including proposal preparation, contract management, workload forecasting, and business reporting, ensuring efficient delivery across the UK branch.

Responsibilities
  • Support preparation of Prospect and proposal and issuing of all UK contract proposals as well as management and follow up of related work-orders.
  • Use the internal workload management tool for the monitoring and updating of Prospects, Proposals, Contract Management and Job Account forecasting.
  • Create, check and analyse the Monthly workload forecasts for the Branch.
  • Assist the WLC’s Chief in the preparation of Strategic Plan, Business Reporting and the UK branch Quarterly forecasts.
  • Support the department monitoring of infrastructural budgets.
Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics or other relevant degree (preferred).
  • Demonstrable relevant experience in similar role in Oil & Gas Company.
  • Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
