Working Supervisor - Cleaning Operative at Radius Office - Belfast

We are seeking a dedicated Working Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at our Radius office in Belfast. This role involves managing a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.

About The Role

Weekly Hours: 21.5

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate: £14.00

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and organize cleaning staff to meet company standards, including personally undertaking cleaning duties when necessary
• Conduct induction and skills training for new and existing staff
• Investigate complaints related to cleaning services and implement corrective actions
• Perform additional duties as approved by the Account Manager

Requirements and Training

• Must possess the necessary documents to work in Northern Ireland
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent English
