Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £45,000 - £52,000 | Paid overtime available
Start time: 7:00am

Talent Media is proud to partner with our client to recruit an experienced and hands-on Working Supervisor to join their award-winning civil engineering team.

Our client is a fast-growing company looking for a dedicated individual to oversee various projects and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
4. Monitor project progress and report to management.
5. Provide leadership and support to project teams.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in civil engineering supervision.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or related field.
