Job description

Office Interior Solutions specialise in office refurbishments, fit-out and office furniture. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team in the role of Working Site Foreperson, carrying out small joinery works, supervising staff, subcontractors and site works for small and medium sized office fit-outs and refurbishment projects throughout the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Small joinery works.
• Site supervision.
• Site setup.
• Maintaining Health & Safety on site.
• Ensure all works are being carried out in accordance with the drawings and specification, whilst monitoring the quality of materials used and workmanship on each project.
• Liaise with the client throughout their project.

Further Information

Travelling - Minimal travel (approximately 3-5 short visits to ROI, England, Scotland or Wales)Licence - You must have a full UK clean drivers licence with category B.Vehicle - You will be entitled to bring company van home each night after work.This is a physical, manual job.Evenings and weekends may be required (notice given where possible).
