Job description

Working Site Foreman required in Gloucester for a permanent role.

The company:

Our client is a family-run business that has been operating for over 20 years. They are looking to employ a Working Foreman on a full-time basis to keep up with demand for their busy pipeline of work. They work on refurbishments, extensions, and new builds for private, domestic, and commercial clients. They also deal with response and planned maintenance across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.

Job role:

Your role as a Working Foreman will be assisting the Site Manager on the project, ensuring the program is kept to and the quality of work is maintained. You will be liaising with the other subcontractors on site and occasionally working on the tools as and when required.

Duties will include:

  1. Leading and managing projects
  2. Working with and developing apprentices
  3. Working on various projects in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas
  4. Working on the tools when required, so a trade background is essential for this role

Qualifications and tickets:

  • CSCS Card
  • SSSTS / SMSTS - Preferable
  • Driving licence

Salary & Benefits:

£30,000 - £32,000
