A leading Civil Engineering SME seeks a Civil Engineering Working Foreman to lead on-site operations and ensure safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction skills, a valid CSCS card, and a clean UK driving license. This is a permanent position with a salary to be agreed after the interview. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman in Civils.
• Extensive hands-on Civil Engineering & Construction skills.
• Valid CSCS card required.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence essential.
• Dumper/Digger driver Licence advantageous.

We are a family run business directly employing our entire workforce on a PAYE basis, recognising that our people make our business the success it is today. We work alongside a wide range of blue-chip companies such as Environment Agency, Yorkshire Water, Manchester Airport Group, National Grid Electricity Distribution and many more, throughout the Midlands region and beyond. Also, fully owning and operating a UPVC Flood Door Manufacturing Facility. We operate throughout the Midlands region.

Role

Civil Engineering Working Foreman — permanent

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site civil engineering works, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Produce safe, efficient sites in line with our triple ISO accreditation.
• Provide strong leadership to site teams and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
• Operate in busy, process-driven environments.
• Maintain compliance with site safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman in Civils.
• Extensive and wide-ranging hands-on Civil Engineering & Construction skills (examples such as tarmacking, kerb & pipe laying, steel fixing, joinery/shuttering and concrete placement).
• Valid CSCS card.
• A Full Clean UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Dumper/Digger driver Licence advantageous.
• Good communication and IT skills (MS Suite).

Salary to be agreed following the interview process.
