Collin College is seeking a part-time Outreach and Recruitment Specialist to support workforce programs in collaboration with the director of engineering. You will engage with public and private organizations, high schools and community partners to recruit students and track outcomes to improve student success.

This position is 100% responsible to a grant. Therefore, the continuation of the position is subject to continued external funding.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and three (3) years of related experience.
Knowledge of post‑secondary workforce education.
Certification in relevant workforce disciplines preferred.
Four (4) years of directly related work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
