Workforce Planning Lead - Global, Resource management, HCM, up to £90,000+ 10% bonus DOE

Responsibilities

• Take data from multiple systems and locations and create improvements.
• Utilise data from Workday and SAP; with a lot of planning carried out using Excel.
• Work with stakeholders to drive business insights and implement new efficiencies around cost, budget, trends and forecasting.
• Drive the setup of dashboards to measure KPI's and work with stakeholders to implement these.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a workforce planning role with the ability to manage stakeholders beyond delivering data-based reports.
• Experience using Workday, SAP and Excel for planning and analysis.
• Understanding of HR processes is desirable but not essential.
