Salary:Up to £63,600 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Workforce Strategy – Lead the development, consolidation and delivery of the Strategic Workforce Plan (SWP) across short, medium and long-term horizons
Programme Management – Own and manage the SWP programme, ensuring alignment with Digital Intelligence strategy and the Integrated Business Plan (IBP)
Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with senior leaders, HR Centres of Excellence, Shared Services, and the Global Digital Academy to inform recruitment, talent and capability planning
Resource Forecasting – Partner with the COO and recruitment teams to provide robust headcount and resource analytics, including regional supply views and critical skill needs to support key business cycles (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Risk Management – Identify, manage and mitigate operational resourcing risks using transparent data and planning tools
Continuous Improvement – Lead initiatives to optimise workforce planning processes, enhance utilisation, and support diversity, retention and engagement goals
Market Intelligence – Leverage internal and external insights to inform strategic workforce decisions and drive innovative resourcing solutions
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, encompassing both data/methodology and the development of long-range strategic workforce plans
Proven track record of working in medium to large complex corporate environments, driving change initiatives
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
Strong program management capabilities
Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail to manage and synthesise complex data
Desirable:
Proficiency in advanced Excel
Hands on experience using Business Intelligence data tools
