Job summary

An established industry player is seeking three Interim Workforce Deployment Leads to support the Metropolitan Police until December 2025. This hands-on role requires strong Excel skills to analyze workforce data and deploy police officers effectively. Ideal candidates will have experience in staff redeployment and a solid understanding of HR policies and Employment Law. With a hybrid working model, you'll be on-site three days a week at Kilburn Police Station, contributing to the safety and support of the London community. Job Description

We are delighted to be working exclusively with the Metropolitan Police to recruit 3 x Interim Workforce Deployment Leads until the end of December 2025.

You will be required to analyse workforce data coming through into Excel and deploy predominantly police officers where they are needed in order to support the people of London.

We are looking for people with relevant experience in deploying or redeploying existing staff, so you will definitely need a strong understanding of the HR policies and Employment Law associated with this.

This is a very manual, hands-on role, so you need to come with Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills and have an understanding of the bigger picture, being able to essentially understand where the demand is across the police force and where the supply suitability is.

This would typically suit Resource Planners, Internal Capability Leads, or Internal Workforce Planners. Also, if you are an HR Business Partner with experience in large scale redeployment, then we could certainly consider you.

The role is hybrid, and you are required on site 3 days a week at Kilburn Police Station, North London.

These roles are being offered on a competitive day rate.
