Location: Bristol Office (Office-based)

Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £28,250

Are you organised, proactive, and ready to play a key role in a busy healthcare contact centre? We’re looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team in Bristol. You’ll build and maintain shift schedules, manage resource allocation, and ensure our operations run smoothly in line with call demand.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create and manage core shift schedules using workforce management systems (preferably Verint)
  • Handle urgent and routine scheduling, including rosters, coaching sessions, meetings, and shift swaps
  • Process annual leave requests and optimize break/lunchtime distribution for operational efficiency
  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with employment legislation and support team availability
  • Maintain accurate workforce data and support resource management across multiple teams
  • Provide backup support during team member absences

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in resource management and line management
  • Strong administrative skills and understanding of financial targets
  • Knowledge of workforce management systems
  • Calm, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel between PPG locations

Qualifications:

  • Basic educational attainment; relevant experience preferred
