Role Overview

Our People Team is recruiting for Workforce Model Analysts to support the Workforce Optimisation programme across our hospital and gym network. You will be responsible for codifying activity standards, and developing, maintaining, and supporting workforce models for various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with operational leads and the central programme team to model staffing across departments, ensuring models are accurate, reliable, and aligned with operational needs.
  2. Build and maintain workforce models, providing technical support and contributing to ongoing improvements in model design and usability.
  3. Develop and deliver reports and analyses to support operational insights and decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in building and maintaining complex analytical or workforce models in Excel, including structured logic and calculations.
  • Ability to translate service activity and operational requirements into data models.
  • Experience working closely with operational teams, gathering and validating data, and responding to user feedback.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and explain technical information clearly.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs to support operational decisions, preferably in healthcare or service environments.
