Job description

Are you passionate about people, processes, and creating unforgettable experiences? Camp Beaumont is looking for a Workforce Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across our network of UK holiday camps.

In this vital role, youll manage the full employee lifecycle from attracting and hiring the right talent to ensuring every camp is fully staffed, compliant, and ready to deliver fun, safe, and high-quality experiences for children and young people.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading high-volume recruitment and onboarding of seasonal staff
  • Ensuring camps are fully and efficiently staffed to meet compliance and quality standards
  • Managing candidate relationships and improving retention year-on-year
  • Overseeing use of our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment channels
  • Collaborating with HR, Operations, Marketing and more to meet business needs
  • Supporting training, record keeping, and reporting always OFSTED-ready!

What We're Looking For

  • A team player whos passionate about delivering a great candidate and employee experience you like speaking to people
  • Previous experience in recruitment/workforce planning, ideally high-volume
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS systems
  • A confident relationship-builder with an eye for detail
