At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Workforce Management Team Leader to work with an important company in the Feltham area.

Shift Patterns:
5 days a week

Pay Rates:
42,000 to 50,000 per annum, depending on experience

As a Workforce Management Team Leader you will need to have:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of 3+.
• Skills: Strong time and task management skills (both individually and for the team) are required.
• WFM Expertise: A solid understanding of key WFM topics, including forecasting, scheduling, holiday, and sickness planning, is essential.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. Experience with PowerPoint and structured email is ideal.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are required, especially in advanced Excel (and ideally some experience with Power BI).
