Join us as a Workforce Management Solution Analyst, where you will be responsible for maintaining the technical Workforce Management (WFM) toolset, scheduling, and forecast platforms. You will ensure effective change management and governance, working closely with vendors to guarantee the right build and functionality for supported teams. Additionally, you will design and build accurate medium and long-term forecasts, develop methodologies used within the platform, and partner with vendors to ensure the team has the appropriate toolset to support WFM.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing staff optimisation levels, forecasting, and scheduling resources by analyzing data, business volume, and trends to support workforce allocation.
2. Collaborating with teams across the bank to align and integrate workforce management processes and governance.
3. Developing and implementing workforce management strategies, processes, and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient banking operations.
4. Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change, along with feedback and coaching to colleagues.
5. Staying updated with industry trends and implementing best practices in workforce management services.
6. Participating in projects to improve workforce management efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Developing and managing staffing schedules to meet business needs.
8. Managing operational readiness plans to support the achievement of desired customer outcomes.
