Job description

As a Workforce Management & Planning Analyst, you will work in a fast-paced team where you can influence customer outcomes. Your role involves analyzing complex data for forecasting, creating capacity plans, and managing capacity routines. You will collaborate with other teams to meet customer needs.

Essential skills required:

Purpose of the role

Accountabilities
