Purpose of the role
To optimise staffing levels, forecasts, scheduling, and workforce allocation through data analysis to enhance the customer experience within the bank's operations.
Accountabilities
- Manage staff optimisation levels, forecasting, and scheduling resources by analyzing data, business volume, and trends to support the workforce allocation process.
- Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate workforce management processes and governance.
- Develop and implement workforce management strategies, processes, and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient banking operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in workforce management processes, offering feedback and coaching to colleagues.
- Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practices in workforce management services.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve workforce management efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage staffing schedules to optimize staffing levels to meet business needs.
- Manage operational readiness plans, supporting the business in meeting desired customer outcomes.
