Are you a relationship builder with a passion for making a real difference in children’s lives? The SCMA is seeking aWorkforce Liaison Lead to manage relationships, contributing to expanding our national childminder recruitmentprogramme. You'll be instrumental in nurturing strategic partnerships with local authorities, third-sectororganisations, and charities across Scotland. This pivotal role will see you act as a liaison, identifyingshared goals and developing mutually beneficial relationships that significantly boost the reach and impact ofour recruitment initiatives.

Your key focus will be on cultivating strong, productive relationships with partner organisations.

You'll proactively engage with local authorities to understand their needs and identify opportunities for jointrecruitment ventures. Internally, you'll work closely with our Workforce Manager and wider

team to ensure seamless integration of partnership activities, driving us closer to our national recruitmenttargets.

Part-time 18 hrs per week, Salary £35,320 - £38,372 pro rata for part time staff.

The post is home/office based, requiring travel and attendance at meetings across the central belt (including regularattendance at Head Office in Stirling). Equipment and broadband/IT connections will be provided.

From managing the training calendar and coordinating logistics to handling attendee communication andmaintaining accurate records, you'll play a vital role ensuring effective support to childminders throughoutScotland.

The postholder is required to have proven administrative experience, ideally in a training or learning anddevelopment environment. Enthusiasm, self-motivation, good communication and excellent organisational skills arerequired.

We are recruiting a Workforce Officer to help us expand the childminding workforce as part of our exciting Programmefor Scotland’s Childminding Future, aimed at retaining and growing the numbers of childminders acrossScotland.

The successful applicant will work to support potential new childminders by delivering a childminding recruitmentmodel in local authority areas. You will work closely with the Workforce Manager, using SCMA’s successfulchildminding specific model.

We’re looking for a creative professional with a passion for delivering high-quality content to join our busy team.This is an exciting opportunity to join the SCMA in support of the delivery of a national Marketing andCommunications Campaign which is focused on the retention and recruitment of childminders in Scotland.

You’ll be supporting the delivery and performance of our digital channels and creating engaging written content forpublications and website in line with SCMA’s branding.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to support the design and delivery oftargeted communications to a variety of audiences that inspire and inform. As Projectand Data Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the success of this programme, ensuring thesmooth operation of key data administration and providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.

In this role, you'll manage the recruitment mailbox and produce insightful data reports that drive informeddecision-making. You'll be collating and presenting key statistics to the PSCF team and working closely withstaff and childminders to ensure progress along the recruitment and retention pathways.
