A well-established domiciliary care provider seeks a Workforce Development Lead to manage a team of Regional Trainers and enhance training content for external delivery. We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, large domiciliary care provider. This is an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Development Lead to take full ownership of leading a team of 6 Regional Trainers and strengthening the organisation’s care training content to ensure it is scalable and commercially viable for external providers.

What’s on offer:

  • Reviewing and developing high-quality, CQC-compliant training materials and frameworks.
  • Designing and implementing scalable learning and development strategies.
  • Supporting new service launches through tailored workforce development plans.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align training with business growth plans.
  • Preparing the training function for potential external delivery and income generation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the care sector.
  • Proven track record in managing training teams and developing care-specific learning content.
  • Excellent understanding of CQC expectations and workforce compliance.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
