ProblemShared, a remote organisation, seeks a Workforce Capacity Analyst to lead workforce planning initiatives. Working pattern- Full time, Permanent, Monday to Friday -40 hrs per week

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Workforce Capacity Analyst to lead the development and delivery of workforce planning and network capacity initiatives across ProblemShared. This pivotal role will ensure alignment between workforce capacity and business forecasts, enabling the organisation to meet its strategic and operational workforce goals effectively.
You will be responsible for developing long-, medium-, and short-term workforce plans, managing governance and stakeholder engagement, and supporting executive decision-making. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
