Job summary

Harnham is seeking a skilled analyst to lead analytical programmes supporting workforce, pay and reward strategies. You will develop workforce models and forecasting to guide business decisions and create scenarios to test policy impacts.

With a focus on delivering data-driven insights, you will produce reports and dashboards for both technical and non-technical audiences, and support strategic workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proven experience analysing large and complex datasets.
• Strong workforce, people, financial or operational analytics experience.
• Experience developing predictive models and scenario analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Salary: £46k + Benefits Location: 1x a month in Leeds Office - Remote Type: Permanent Role
