Job Description

We are looking for a Workforce Acquisition Manager who is brand aligned to act as the single point of contact for all the client hiring managers' extended workforce needs. The Workforce Acquisition Manager will make it easy for client managers to quickly and easily resolve their workforce needs. They will partner with the client hiring community to lead the successful fulfilment of open requirements across all extended workforce categories, including agency workers and those engaged via a third-party services provider under a statement of work (SOW).

The Workforce Acquisition Manager will work collaboratively with the Global Programme leadership team, and Programme/Procurement Specialists and sourcing teams when required, and will be responsible for ensuring delivery against requirements in line with the agreed sourcing strategy. They will also perform triage and worker classification to determine the most appropriate and compliant engagement model for each work request.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and workforce needs.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all the client extended workforce requirements, providing guidance and support on the best sourcing strategy and process.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for the client extended workforce, from intake to offer, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Work closely with the Programme/Procurement Specialists and sourcing teams to ensure a timely and quality delivery of candidates that match the client specifications and expectations.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and progress of the client extended workforce programme, identifying areas forimprovement and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with the client policies and procedures, as well as the legal and regulatory requirements for the extended workforce.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in workforce acquisition, recruitment, or talent management, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of the extended workforce market, trends, and best practices.
  • Brand aligned and customer focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value.
