Job Description: As a Worker Support Representative, you will:


  • Answer incoming calls professionally.
  • Respond to callbacks and voicemails promptly.
  • Assist workers with queries and concerns.
  • Register workers by collecting details over the phone.
  • Coordinate with agencies on worker-related matters.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls regarding payments.
  • Provide information on payments, taxes, and relevant topics.
  • Assist management with additional tasks.
  • Handle GDPR-sensitive data with confidentiality.
  • Proactively support workers to improve their experience.

Requirements:

  • Customer service or support experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
