Workday Training Lead - Hybrid Working - Outside IR35

Our client, a global Insurance company, are currently looking to hire a Workday Training Lead to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis, with the client site based in London. This role would be Outside IR35.

Role Purpose:

To enable increased operational efficiency through the delivery of a variety of Finance and HR solutions, using technology to improve the processing life cycle and applications within it.

In this role you will assure the training activities across the programme, managing the training processes and increasing quality.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for all training activities for Workday Finance Programme and for the timely completion of training objectives and deliverables
  • Develop, implement, and manage training needs analysis, strategy and plan across Workday Finance Programme
  • Deliver hands on training to core project team members, super users and end users
  • Develop and manage quality training artefacts for Workday Finance Programme
  • Draft and manage quality training courses, learning artefacts and measurable evaluation measures for Workday Finance Programme
  • Coordinate and validate training activities with SMEs, including Systems Admin and Knowledge Transfer Plans and Execution from Systems Integrator I Consultants
  • Collaborate with consulting team on all areas of course development (materials, technology, and reviews)
  • Develops training reports in a timely manner, as required.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proficiency in Workday as a Training Lead
  • Strong experience in hands on role based and 'fit for purpose' training delivery for Workday to global teams aligned to Workday Financials Program planned Go Live dates by Country
  • Experience in developing quality training analysis, strategy, training plan and required reporting for training workstream
  • Leading training in a regulated business; preferably Insurance Broking
  • Lead training of a large global programme involving significant business operational change
  • Able to build and sustain the confidence of senior level stakeholders.
