Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution ideation, design, and implementation activities across the Workday platform.
  • Analyse business context to shape solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and recommend solution options, including RFIs, RFPs, or prototypes.
  • Define solution roadmaps and ensure architecture is aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and domain architects to formalize and adopt IT standards and procedures.
  • Provide strategic technical direction and maintain oversight across Workday modules.

Skills/Must have:

  • Proven experience as a Workday Technical Architect, particularly within the HR domain.
  • Expertise in Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and architect end-to-end Workday solutions.
  • Strong background in developing Workday reporting and analytics.
