Salary: £85,000-£110,000 per year DOE

A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Workday Technical Architect to join their client's Data & Enterprise Architecture team. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and optimising Workday integrations and reporting architectures, ensuring data flows are efficient, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of Workday integration and solution architecture.
  • Deliver scalable, maintainable, and compliant integration solutions.
  • Design and implement data and reporting architectures to support BI and analytics.
  • Provide technical governance, testing oversight, and optimisation.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and security policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical or Solution Architect in Workday.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, PECI, Core Connectors).
  • End-to-end Workday implementation experience.
  • Experience designing data and reporting architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
