Workday Technical Architect - 6 months (Long term program) - Inside IR35

We are seeking a Workday Technical Architect to join our client's Workday Platform team on a 6-month contract. Based in Luton with hybrid working (2 days on-site per week), this role will be instrumental in shaping and defining Workday solutions that align with the platform's mission, vision, and roadmap.

As the Workday Technical Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable Workday solutions to address complex HR business challenges.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months (View for Extension)
  • Day Rate: Competitive on application (Around £550 per day)
  • Location: Luton- Hybrid
  • Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution ideation, design, and implementation activities across the Workday platform.
  • Analyse business context to shape solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and recommend solution options, including RFIs, RFPs, or prototypes.
  • Define solution roadmaps and ensure architecture is aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and domain architects to formalize and adopt IT standards and procedures.
  • Provide strategic technical direction and maintain oversight across Workday modules.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Workday Technical Architect, particularly within the HR domain.
  • Expertise in Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and architect end-to-end Workday solutions.
  • Strong background in developing Workday reporting and analytics.
