We are looking for someone to join our team who is eager to learn with a creative mindset, support their colleagues and have fun.
As a member of the Technical Advisory Team, you\'ll be a key leader and subject matter expert, responsible for defining the overarching technical strategy for complex system integrations. You will translate high-level business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure architectural decisions. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, building, and deploying integrations into a production environment.
In this role, you will lead critical discussions around integration enterprise architecture, application security, and system authentication. You\'ll act as the lead technical point of contact, influencing key stakeholders and ensuring the technical vision aligns with business goals.
You will typically manage multiple, concurrent customer engagements and mentor other consultants. Your deep expertise and strategic vision will be essential in navigating the most challenging technical landscapes with a high degree of autonomy.
Your journey as a Technical Advisory Consultant / Solution Architect will focus on strategic leadership, advanced solution design, and mentorship. Your initial months will be about leveraging your existing expertise to take on a leadership role immediately.
Months 1–6: Strategic Immersion and Certification
Months 6–24: Leadership, Mentorship, and Innovation

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you\'ll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
