Southern Water is seeking a Workday Learning & Talent Specialist to design, implement and manage talent and learning initiatives within the Workday platform. The role involves configuring Workday Learning and Talent modules to align with our learning strategies and to support employee development.

Based in Worthing with hybrid work, you will support training programs, stakeholder needs, data reporting, and process improvements.
