Job summary

Tilray is seeking a Workday Specialist to lead International HR operations from its London office. You will own Workday across multiple countries, partner with HR, IT and the Global HRIS team, ensure data integrity and deliver analytics for leadership on workforce metrics.

The role emphasizes governance, deployment of new modules, UAT, and user training while supporting GDPR compliance and detailed reporting across international entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 4–6 years' experience working with Workday across multiple geographies.
• Strong governance, GDPR and data privacy knowledge in HRIS environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Workday SME for International HR across Europe, Australia and other markets.
• Manage day-to-day Workday administration, configuration requests and governance with Global HRIS.
• Develop dashboards and HR analytics to inform leaders on headcount, turnover and talent metrics.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, job changes, compensation, performance, promotions and terminations in Workday.
• Coordinate with IT and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver Workday training and user guides to managers and employees.

The role is responsible for the ongoing management, optimisation, governance, reporting, training, and continuous improvement of Workday to ensure it supports business objectives and delivers an excellent employee and manager experience.The successful candidate will partner closely with HR, IT, and the Global HRIS team to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, compliance, and adoption of Workday across International operations.
