Job description

Are you an experienced Workday Account Executive ready to lead strategic growth across enterprise services in a fast-paced, high-impact environment?

This is a unique opportunity to join a specialist Workday partner where you’ll play a key role in building new business, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering high-value solutions to clients across the DACH region.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, including pipeline development, pitching, proposal delivery, negotiations, and legal coordination
  • Identify, pursue and win new Workday opportunities, with a focus on new clients and strategic growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by applying a consultative approach, deeply understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions that deliver measurable impact
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including delivery, marketing, legal and operations, to deliver strong, client-focused outcomes
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and work closely with strategic technology and channel partners to create joint value
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a healthy pipeline to support quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies to help shape client solutions and drive innovation

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record in Workday enterprise sales or SaaS solutions, with a strong understanding of Workday’s HCM or Financials suite
  • Experience owning complex sales processes, including proposal writing, C-suite engagement and contract negotiation
  • Comfortable managing multi-stakeholder relationships and working in a collaborative team structure
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively to solve client problems and differentiate offerings
