Location: Fully Remote (Must work UK business hours)

We're hiring a hands-on Workday Security Consultant to support a major transformation programme, with a core focus on Workday HCM security and secondary involvement in Workday Financials.

This is a technical, delivery-focused role - perfect for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement security configurations across Workday HCM (and ideally Financials)

Assess and optimise role-based access controls and user permissions

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure security alignment with business processes

Provide technical expertise during audits and compliance checks

Support integration of global and regional security requirements (experience with Germany is a strong plus)

Requirements:

Proven experience working on Workday Security, specifically within HCM

Additional experience with Workday Financials security is highly desirable

Strong understanding of access controls, role assignments, and security best practices

Experience working with multinational teams or projects involving German compliance/security standards

Available to work full-time on UK hours, regardless of location
