Role: Workday Record to Report Lead

You will be part of a team delivering cloud-based ERP solutions, guiding clients through all phases of Workday Record-to-Report implementation, from requirements to deployment.

• Lead and participate in all implementation phases
• Understand client requirements and translate into Workday configurations
• Configure Workday modules for financial reporting and compliance
• Identify strategies and risks, and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior team members
• Advise on industry standards and best practices
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
• Provide project status updates to management
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships
• Support innovation and develop new methods

Ideal candidates have a strong finance background, experience with Workday, and excellent communication skills. Certifications in Workday Financials and fluency in English are required; French fluency and additional certifications are a plus.
