Job summary

Ampstek seeks a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple Workday-related projects in the UK, coordinating with HR, Finance and Technology teams and reporting to the Workday product group owner.

The role involves agile delivery, DevSecOps practices for SaaS and Lo/No Code environments, and collaboration with ERP DevSecOps teams and Cognizant AMS suppliers to execute the 2–3 year roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple small (£50k–£200k) projects in parallel
• Agile and DevSecOps on SaaS & Lo/No Code
• Manage delivery of multiple small projects as part of the 2–3 year roadmap of changes to the client’s Workday ecosystem (including Peakon, Adaptive, Extend & Prism)
• Report to the Workday product group owner
• liaise with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance and Technology
• work with ERP’s DevSecOps delivery team, the Cognizant AMS supplier and Workday support teams.
