Qualifications

Job description

The Planet Group has recently been engaged by an established Workday partner to secure two Certified Senior Integrations resources on a contract (B2B) engagement for 6 months. The roles can be based in the UK or Europe and offer remote working.

Role Overview:

As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions for the cloud-based Workday HCM system. You will work closely with customers to lead the integrations workstream of projects, scope, gather requirements, document, implement, deploy, and support integration solutions using the Workday integration platform toolset.

You will build strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements, ensuring that the integration solutions are aligned with their needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable. You will also contribute to guiding, developing, and educating others within the Workday practice on Integrations.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency with XML, XPath, and XSLT, and knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
• Experience designing workflows to solve business and technical problems
• Good understanding of cloud computing, web services, and associated integration challenges
• Excellent customer focus and strong communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of project and business dynamics
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and make decisions under pressure
• Strong consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating, and explaining complex functionalities or solutions to customers

Desirable Skills:

• Workday HCM Certification or experience with similar HCM/ERP systems
• Proficiency in other middleware/integration platforms
• Experience designing workflows to solve business and technical problems
• Experience leading projects and teams
