Job Description:

The Planet Group is seeking two Certified Senior Integrations Consultants for a 6-month contract (B2B). These roles can be based in the UK or Europe, with remote working options.

Role Overview:

As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you will ensure the successful delivery of integration solutions for the Workday HCM system. You will work closely with clients to lead the integrations workstream, including scoping, requirements gathering, documentation, implementation, deployment, and support, using the Workday integration platform.

You will build strong client relationships to understand their needs and ensure solutions are aligned, fit for purpose, and commercially viable. You will also contribute to developing and educating others within the Workday practice on integrations.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency with XML, XPath, XSLT, and knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
• Experience designing workflows to solve business and technical problems
• Understanding of cloud computing, web services, and integration challenges
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and make decisions under pressure
• Strong consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, and explaining complex solutions
• Workday HCM Certification or experience with similar HCM/ERP systems
• Proficiency with middleware/integration platforms
• Experience leading projects and teams
