Job Description:

The Planet Group has recently been engaged by an established Workday partner to secure two Certified Senior Integrations resources for a contract (B2B) engagement lasting 6 months. The roles can be based in the UK or Europe and offer remote working options.

Role Overview:

As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering integration solutions for the cloud-based Workday HCM system. You will work closely with customers to lead the integrations workstream, including scoping, requirements gathering, documentation, implementation, deployment, and support of integration solutions using the Workday platform.

You will build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with their business goals. Additionally, you will guide and educate others within the Workday practice on Integrations.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency with XML, XPath, XSLT, and knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
• Experience designing workflows to address business and technical issues
• Understanding of cloud computing, web services, and integration challenges
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and make sound decisions under pressure
• Consulting skills such as presenting, leading workshops, and demonstrating complex solutions
• Workday HCM Certification or experience with similar HCM/ERP systems
• Proficiency in other middleware/integration platforms
• Experience leading projects and teams
