Job Description:

The Planet Group has recently engaged an established Workday partner to secure two Certified Senior Integrations resources for a 6-month contract (B2B). The roles can be based in the UK or Europe with remote working options.

Role Overview:

As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you will ensure the successful delivery of integration solutions for the cloud-based Workday HCM system. You will work closely with customers to lead the integrations workstream, including scoping, requirements gathering, documentation, implementation, deployment, and support, utilizing the Workday integration platform tools.

You will build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure the solutions are aligned, fit for purpose, and commercially viable. Additionally, you will guide and educate others within the Workday practice on integrations.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency with XML, XPath, XSLT, and knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
• Experience designing workflows to solve business and technical problems
• Good understanding of cloud computing, web services, and integration challenges
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, and explaining complex solutions
• Workday HCM certification or experience with similar HCM/ERP systems
• Proficiency with other middleware/integration platforms
• Experience leading projects and teams
