Job description

Are you an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant with strong finance and PSA integration skills?

A leading global organisation is seeking a certified Workday Integrations contractor to join an enterprise technology project on a 3-month full-time contract. This is a remote role, ideally suited to professionals based in or near the GMT or CET time zones.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the delivery of Workday integration solutions for finance and PSA systems
• Acting as the integration specialist on a large-scale project, owning requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and deployment
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the integrations meet technical, functional, and business needs
• Applying expert-level knowledge of Workday Studio, BIRT, XML, XSLT, and Workday integration patterns
• Troubleshooting complex integration issues and supporting a clean and scalable solution architecture
• Contributing to continuous improvement in project delivery tools and integration processes

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience delivering Workday integrations with a focus on finance and PSA (HCM-only experience is not sufficient)
• Workday Integration Certification is required
• Proficient in XML, XPath, XSLT and ideally an object-oriented programming language such as Java/J2EE
• Strong experience with Workday Studio and BIRT
• Demonstrated ability to lead integration workstreams and support full project life cycles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in remote team settings
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance client expectations with delivery feasibility
