Our client is a science-led global healthcare company with a special purpose: to help people do more, feel better, live longer.

The purpose of this role is to drive and manage efficiency and accuracy of Workday Payroll Module for UK. As a member of the Tech Payroll Team, you will be responsible for the analysis, configuration, and maintenance according to company policies and Workday procedures.

  • Keep maintenance of already customized and configured Payroll Module to meet the organization’s specific payroll requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze payroll related system configuration based on payroll team queries, identify discrepancies, and work on resolving issues in cooperation with other Workday product owners.
  • Introduce system changes including Workday releases by testing and validating new payroll features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday Payroll Module related problems, working closely with UK payroll team and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of payroll module configurations for future reference.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancements, and automation within the payroll module to streamline operations.
