About the role

This role aims to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the Workday Payroll Module for the UK. As part of the Tech Payroll Team, you will analyze, configure, and maintain the system in accordance with company policies and Workday procedures.

  • Maintain and customize the Payroll Module to meet organizational payroll requirements, ensuring compliance with local laws and policies.
  • Analyze payroll system configurations based on team queries, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues collaboratively with other Workday product owners.
  • Implement system changes, including testing and validating new payroll features during Workday releases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday Payroll Module, working closely with the UK payroll team and cross-functional teams.
  • Document payroll module configurations thoroughly for future reference.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhancements within the payroll system to streamline operations.
