About the role
The purpose of this role is to drive and manage the efficiency and accuracy of the Workday Payroll Module for the UK. As part of the Tech Payroll Team, you will be responsible for analysis, configuration, and maintenance of the system according to company policies and Workday procedures.
- Maintain and customize the Payroll Module to meet organizational payroll requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and policies.
- Analyze payroll system configurations, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with other Workday product owners to resolve issues.
- Implement system changes, including testing and validating new payroll features during Workday releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday Payroll Module, working closely with UK payroll and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation of payroll configurations for future reference.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhancements within the payroll module to streamline operations.
