Job summary
Conexus is seeking a Workday Finance Consultant to support finance transformation and implementation projects. The role spans finance processes, Workday configuration, data and business requirements.
You will work with stakeholders to understand current and future-state processes, translate requirements into functional designs, and support data migration, UAT and issue resolution. Strong Excel skills are essential for analysis.
Qualifications
- Experience with finance ERP systems and Workday Finance.
- Understanding of GL, AP, AR, Assets and Expenses.
- Experience supporting ERP/Workday implementations or transformations.
- Knowledge of Workday data and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder communication.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of Workday Finance projects and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map current and future finance processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Support Workday configuration and data flows.
- Assist with data migration, cleansing, conversion and reconciliation.
- Support UAT, testing and issue resolution.
- Identify process, technology and integration requirements.
- Support stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
