Workday Solution Architect - Senior Manager
Location: UK Wide (Hybrid)
Salary: £72,000 - £110,000 depending on experience + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benfits

A leading consultancy is looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to support large-scale transformation programmes. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects, shaping solution strategies and delivering innovative Workday Financials implementations for enterprise clients.

The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of Workday Financials solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and solution architecture.

• Provide strategic guidance on best practices and Workday capabilities.

• Oversee governance, security, and compliance within Workday implementations.

• Mentor and support junior team members.

What We're Looking For

• Strong Workday Financials experience, including end-to-end implementations.

• Proven track record in designing and delivering complex enterprise solutions.

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead technical discussions.

• Experience managing teams and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
