Job summary

Deloitte's Workday Finance Team in the UK seeks a highly skilled Workday Finance Lead to drive advisory and delivery projects, translating business needs into practical Workday solutions. You will map requirements across GL, supplier and customer accounts, banking and expenses, and shape end-to-end processes with Workday technology.

Your role requires experience in ERP/EPM, cloud computing, and finance transformation using Workday, plus strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, EPM and cloud computing (including storage, platforms and data).
• Finance transformation experience with Workday.
• Experience designing / implementing ERP systems.
• Experience with end-to-end Workday implementations.

Responsibilities

• Engage in advisory and delivery projects, from transformation strategies to full lifecycle Workday delivery.
• Map business requirements to Workday configurations across GL, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Banking and Expenses.
• Develop overall solution architecture and end-to-end processes supported by Workday technology.
• Lead executive workshops, challenge requirements, and translate objectives into Workday designs.
• Demonstrate a clear commitment to an inclusive culture and collaborative delivery.
